Step by Step Thursday

Hi everyone, Stephanie here with another step by step Thursday. This is the day when I get to show you how I used one of the wonderful Blackleaf images. Today, I'm using last Friday's freebie.

I wanted to color in the flower with yellows and oranges so I chose my Copic colors:
Y02, Y15, Y38, G0000, G21, G84














Once I colored in my image, I stamped my sentiment in the lower right, then cut my image to size. Then I used my Ranger inking tool and Antique Linen Distress Inks to color the edges and then lightly brought the color in over my image.

















Once that was completed, I chose my papers and created my card. I added the orange strip to help focus on the flower image, then added yellow brads to complete.
