Embossing Challenge!

Hi Everyone!

It's Wednesday and that means its time for another Blackleaf Challenge!!!

I love this theme....its EMBOSSING!! Embossing can be either heat (versamark and embossing powder) or it can also be dry embossing (texture).

I used the adorable stamp set called Little Mermaid Stamps again and this time I used the fun little crab!

Here is my sample!

-Ashley-

I used the dry embossing technique (cuttlebug and texture plate) I printed the crab off and used a font I had installed on my computer to create the text...Sorry I have been crabby!

I also used the SU wheel that was a seashell and sand dollar scene across a strip of matching blue cardstock. I colored the crab in with copic markers and used googly eyes to replace his orig eyes!! There is also stitching around the red pattern paper.

I hope this card inspires you to do the challenge for this week. The rules...you must use a Blackleaf product and some type of embossing and link back using the form at the end of this post by Tuesday 11:59 Eastern time to be able to have a chance to win the ENTIRE collection of these stamps!!

Heres another sample project - a post it holder that uses the texture embossing technique using the Cupcake Stamps at Blackleaf Studios !

Dont forget..if you upload to gallery link back with BLS17

Also Stamper69 won our sketch challenge (CONGRATS!) and won the ENTIRE Carousel Pre-colored Clip Art Set!!!

Have a great day and check back soon!
